Working with Milton was a great experience from start to finish. From the moment we met, he was prepared with print outs of the properties we were going to visit and was very determined to help me find what i was looking for. He gave me pointers on things I should look for when viewing each house and was pretty knowledgeable on the neighbordhoods we were visiting. I especially enjoyed that if I didnt like a house, he fully supported me and we went right back to looking for something closer to my wants. There was rarely a question he couldnt answer, but when there was, he made sure to find out and get back to me as soon as he could. Milton made sure I was taken care of in every aspect, ensuring I was getting all my answers, connecting me to different people to help with the house buying process, and when I couldnt get in contact with someone, he would make sure to email and include me, or even make a three way call. When ever there was a change or an update, he would call and make sure I was up to date, and for anyone buying a house for the first time, its very relieving to be in the loop.I firmly believe Milton went above and beyond for me during this whole ordeal and he made me feel comfortable enough to be able to call or text him about any single doubt I had. Milton did an outstanding/stupendous job in helping me purchase a wonderfully renovated home. From the first day I met Milton, he was energetic and told me he would take care of all my needs. Happy to say that Milton over delivered on his promise. From searching for properties, introducing you to people to help with financing, inspections, attorneys. appraisal and more.!! All I really had to do was say that’s the property I want to see or want to buy. Milton took it from there and we closed in about 30 days from the contract date, including the Christmas break when most people were away or winding down the year. Milton stayed focused, on the job and we closed on the day after New Year’s. What a New Year’s gift. Thank you Milton. My family and friends will be lining up to work with you.
